I require someone to manage the operational aspects of our business that I currently manage. We provide land-line, broad-band, mobile phone call plans and computer repair services.

One of our main requirements is your written and spoken English must be excellent, it must be a 5 out of 5 because you will be dealing with customers. You must be mature and have real world business experience.

If you've had previous operations experience operating a small business this background could be useful in this role.

Some of our incoming customer services phone calls will be diverted and answered by you, you can expect to receive approximately 8 calls per day.

You need to have a working office environment and understand Microsoft office applications.

Among Data Entry / Billing / General Admin and Recruitment tasks you will need to log faults and provision new services, rectify billing errors and liaise with other staff to reissue invoices and statements, manage overdue accounts, provide customer services, find ways to reduce costs and increase profitability and stream line our processes.

The right candidate will need to be available to me Monday through Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM New Zealand time, including possible urgent Saturday tasks i.e. dealing with faults. I will expect immediate response to my requests, and professional execution of assigned tasks.

This position is salaried, so I will pay the selected candidate for 40 hours of work per week even if I don't have work for you.  The reason for this is that I need to be able to give you an assignment and get an immediate response from you during business hours, and have you start on the work right away.  I do not want you doing work for any other clients, and will need your exclusive time and attention.

I am looking to develop a very long-term professional relationship with the right candidate.  Regular pay raises and bonuses for top performance will be given.  I want to fill this position immediately.
