Back To Sport, a young and dynamic online retail company is looking for a Legend to join the team! We are looking for an autonomous, all-rounder Executive Assistant willing to take part in the Back To Sport adventure!
The Successful candidate will assist with a large variety of tasks, from customer service to social media management, from content writing to (simple) graphic design.
This position will require motivation, the capacity to work in full autonomy and the capacity to take initiatives.
The contract will start as a 2-hour per day job, so we need someone available at least 2 consecutive hours every working day.
This job could quickly evolve to longer hours and ultimately to a full-time position for the right person.
We are looking for a passionate individual, interested in the sports and health industry, willing to contribute to the growth of a young company.

Back To Sport was created over a year ago by a sports and health passionate. Our ambition is to become an online reference in sports injury management in Australia and to become the number 1 Digital Partner for Australian Physiotherapists.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Customer Service
o Responding to emails daily
o Calling back customers when required
o Following up with ongoing customer queries
- Order Management
o Following up suppliers when required
o Following up with Warehouse when required
- Content Management
o Writing product descriptions
o Writing short blog articles
o Updating content on the website
- Social Media Management
o Animating Social Media accounts
o Scheduling content publication
- Graphic Design
o Creating banners and images
- Other duties
o Research and analysis related to fitness, sports injuries and physiotherapy
To be successful with this position you will need to have the following qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Impeccable written skills
- Be adaptable, organised and capable of working in complete autonomy
- Degree in Business Administration
- Experience in a Similar Role and Customer Service exposure
- Be Interested in Sports, Health and Medicine/Physiotherapy
- Preferable but not essential:
o Knowledge of health/sports industry
o Experience with Australian companies
o Experience in online retail
o Knowledge of Shopify
