We are an online shoe store specializing in women's boots with hidden pockets for cell phones, credit cards and passports. We are looking for some part-time (day time) help to answer phones, email, and live chat. This will be a temporary position as we are setting up a call centre end of November. In the meantime though, we will require help with customer inquiries and order updates.
Duties will include answering calls (live and voicemail) as well as email and live chat inquiries. The hours we will require are M-F 10:00-3:00 PST (with optional weekend hours.
