We are a start-up digital agency and looking for an outbound sales rep to generate qualified leads for appointments and new business.
The sales development rep is an entry to mid-level sales position and will generate buying demand for our digital marketing services. The SDR’s core function will be to hunt for new business and set appointments via email outreach campaigns and follow up calls.
As this can be a remote position, we are looking for a self-starter and someone who is creative with his/her personal outreach.
You will not be working with a script so you must know how to do this, we have some samples and videos you can watch and use if you want but a good outreach is always personal to each person.
A go-getter individual and well-read
High school or GED (college degree a plus)
1-2 years of sales experience ( cold calling and outbound email )
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy
Openness to learn & willingness to try anything
Willingness to think outside of the box & tackle complex problems
Solid understanding of the tech industry is a plus
Experience working with an online CRM (Hubspot Sales Hub)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
Experience with YesWare a huge plus
Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas
Strong leadership experience in school, work or any organization
Pay: $2,000 per month + more $$ reward per above weekly goal qualified appointment
Time: Full time - 40 hours a week
Location: Remote - Work from home
