Looking for an experienced property manager preferably with knowledge of Appfolio, though most programs are pretty similar for the basics.
Tasks would primarily be customer service oriented. Handling standard issues such as sending HOA warnings and handling the responses, helping update and manage maintenance, pacifying unhappy tenants, and various other day to day tasks. By far though the main skill needed is patience and great customer service to help our staff out when needed. The next critical skill is self-organization and ability to see complex issues to completion without lapses. This job could amount to a fair amount of work each week for someone resourceful.
We use a chat program for immediate communication, and a task / project manager called insightly, both of which you would be using in addition to appfolio. Need working hours relatively close to New York City time zone and ability to make / receive calls.
