I have the following theme and am looking for a good designer/programmer to modify.

The template is based on bootstrap and saas. This job will require some redesign and new page creation but the pages must still match the rest of the theme. The theme should also maintain its responsiveness across web, tablet, and phone. I will not be using a cms for management but instead plan on using a framework and admin template which i also already have to administer the site. This is the admin panel that I have available to use:

As for Frameworks I am looking at symfony, cakephp, or laravel.

An example of some of the changes I would like to make are:
*editing the property search box with more options
*Creating two sites with one theme. One for renters and the other for property owners, agents, and landlords.
*Adding a messaging feature so that renters and landlords can message one another
*Adding the ability to add properties as favorites
*making the map larger
*adding the ability to save searches and get alerts on them when new properties that fit the search criteria are added
*ability for a landlord to create a craigslist html code of his listing to add to craigslist.

These are  just some of the changes I would like to make to begin with. Please take a look at the online version of the template to get a feel of it as this is going to be a lot of customization but I am hoping I can find the right person to create something great and have a long term working relationship with.

You can find some of the features from the template sale page here:
