At Grocapitus, we buy and manage very large apartment complexes throughout the United States. We currently have many full time VAs, all working 40 to 50 hours a week. We are adding FULL TIME persons to our team as our company is growing.
We are a Top Upwork employer with 5 star reviews. We have spent more than $400K for over 100 contracts on Upwork, with 20 active hires as of beginning of 2021. Our Upworkers have clocked over 10,000 hours through Upwork. Our VAs stay for a long time and tend to be very satisfied with their positions.
We are hiring 2 new full timers for the following positions:
(1) Executive VA
- Prior experience as Executive VA a must
- Preference for those with Real Estate experience
- Will perform a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to, calendar management, appointment setting, reports, admin tasks
(2) Transaction Coordinator
- Prior experience as US Transaction Coordinator a must
FULL TIME POSITIONS, 40-50 HOURS A WEEK, 8 AM TO 5 PM PST, AND WILL REQUIRE YOUR FULL FOCUS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE OTHER JOBS WITH THIS, SO KEEP IT IN MIND. OCCASIONAL SATURDAY WORK REQUIRED (UP TO 2 HOURS).
The hourly rate is $5.27 an hour gross to $6 an hour gross. If you have a CONSISTENT track record of earning more than $6, we will consider a rate going up to $7. Do not apply if this rate does not work for you.
We will pay a bonus (to account for when you are at the initial 20% rate on Upwork). For example, your agreed upon rate is $6 an hour, then after the initial 85 hours (rough) that you bill us, we will pay you a one time bonus of $60, which will make your rate equivalent to $5.40 an hour (after Upwork fee).
