We need help with our clients to set up & optimize Facebook, Twitter & Google advertising campaigns. We will provide you with the assets & written copy but need you to set up the campaigns, ad sets & ads in our business manager & manage the campaigns until they finish.
We work with other contractors & currently our process is:
1. We will provide you a brief on the campaign & instructions for set up/strategy
2. We will agree on when the campaign is to be fully set up.
3. On weekly basis we will have our weekly check-in & sprint planning session - this is where we outline the tasks needed to be completed in that week.
4. I provide a checklist for optimization, but your input & analysis is appreciated & you should feel empowered to bring up your own best practices.
5. We will repeat the weekly tasks on an ongoing basis.
My hope is to develop a long term relationship with you & bring on more work for you (and us) :)
Communication is extremely important for our team, if you don't think you can do a weekly call then this most likely won't work.
