We need an experienced developer to finalize a call center application. We prefer developer to be located in San Francisco Bay Area. Our current application has been built on Magento, and it uses Twilio for VoIP communication. This application should be similar to in appearance and functionality. Most of the work is done, it is just a matter of finalizing. This application should:
- Integrate data from website (currently being developed by experienced HTML designer - will be done next week)
- Call In / Call Out (VoIP through Twilio-now, but not necessary)
- Call campaign
- Call routing for call on-hold
- Call transfer
- Call Hold
- Voicemail
- Live Chat
- Express Callback
- SMS Text messaging  (In/Out)
- Fax (In/Out)
- Calendar / Appointments
- Call center schedule
- Statistics -  Reports
- Member / Provider records
- Notifications
- Credit Card processing
- SEO - advanced
- A printable package developed through an algorithm of questions answered by visitor Sample package - an idea -
- Build a secure and robust cloud based application
Almost all has been developed, just looking for someone to fine tune it. Public website is being developed by web designer and should be ready next week. Public website needs to be integrated with this back end application. All software is based in the cloud and developed using open-source code.
