I need some freelancers who understand what is the function of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in any company (that will make this task very easy).

Here is some explanation about CTO

A chief technology officer (CTO), sometimes known as a chief technical officer, is an executive-level position in a company or other entity whose occupant is focused on scientific and technological issues within an organization. CTO is an executive who is responsible for the management of an organization's research and development (R&D) and technological needs. A chief technology officer (CTO) examines the short- and long-term needs of an organization, and utilizes capital to make investments designed to help the organization reach its objectives. The CTO usually reports directly the chief executive officer (CEO) of the firm. Specifics of the CTO's job vary from one organization to another. Here are a few typical items in a CTO job description:
Manage patent (Intellectual property), and licensing activity.
Manage commercialization activity.
Communicate and collaborate with innovation intermediaries (university technology transfer office, business incubators, accelerators...etc)
Identify opportunities and risks for the business to manage strategy & planning
Manage research and development (R&D).
Monitor technology and social trends that could impact the company.
Participate in management decisions about corporate governance.
Communicate the company's technology strategy to partners, management, investors and employees.

The main task will be to find specific contact information for those companies in the tables that I will provide (similar to the attached example). These contacts may be located via LinkedIn, annual reports by firms, search engine (e.g Google...etc)  or press releases and/or organization charts on the firms’ web sites. You will have a table include some or all the following information:
1- Company Name         
2- Web Address Industry         
3- Country          
4- Province         
5- City     

For each company, you need to find a person who is currently in the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or equivalent. Firstly, You MUST look for Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and after you are sure that there is no Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in that particular company, then you can for the equivalent titles to search for (please give priority to search from the top to the bottom):

VP or Director of R&D,
Director of University Liaison  
Director of University Relations,
Director of Advanced Technology,
Chief Innovation Officer,
Chief, Communications and Liaison
Technology Transfer Officer
Vice president of engineering
Vice President, Intellectual Property

For each company, you need to find the name of the person who is in CTO position, his email, his phone number (when possible), mail address for the company, and direct URL of the company if it wasn’t provide by me. Also, you need to include the URL link of where you find all this information; for example, provide the URL of where you find name and position information for each person, as well as URL link of where you find his/her email address.  (see the attachment)

I will pay 20$ for each 100 complete contacts. I have more than 2000 companies that I need to find contacts for. Complete contact should meet all what I have explain here, otherwise I will count it incomplete contact.

I am expecting to receive feedback for each 100 contacts within 24 hours. Then based on your performance, you may receive another 100 contacts list.

Finally, it is required that you put all companies that you couldn’t find contacts for, in another separate sheet on the same excel file.

Initially, I will ask you for 4 contacts, and then after I check it, I will give you 100 contacts to do for 20$, and so on.
