I run a small travel blog and I'm looking to find a programmer that I can hire for future assignments. I have a small project that I would like to commission and if I feel we work well together on this small assignment, I will use you for when I decide to grow the site. Here are the issues that I need fixed immediately:

Readers who use Mac computers are able to write in the comments section, but are unable to fill out the name/email/website areas. This is a very important feature that I need to work. I use Jetpack on a Big City theme and when I try to activate Jetpack comments, it does not activate for some reason, though other Jetpack features work.

On some computers, it might just be PCs, the right side of the page does not fit onto the screen and readers need to scroll over to see the stuff in the sidebar. I want to avoid having readers use the left to right scroller. I just want it to fit all screens if possible.

I need to have the following widgets operating and at the moment they are not:

The Big City Social Media Widget in the sidebar does not have a Google+ option. I would like to include my Google+ link with an icon.

The Big City Twitter Update widget used to work. It no longer works and I want it to display my last 3 posts.

I want to create an "As Seen On" ad in the sidebar to show readers where my content has appeared. I want it to use the logos for those publications.

In the footer, because there is a black background, readers cannot properly see the YouTube logo.

I would also like a little advice and have certain things about my blog explained:

Under "Users" there is a list of subscribers. I'm not sure what that list represents since it is different from subscribers to the blog.

Under "Writing" what update services should I use, if any, besides pingomatic?

Under "Reading" I'd like to create links to my social media sites within the letters that go out to subscribers, but I cannot include hyperlinks for some reason.

I would like you to recommend important plug-ins that I do not use at the moment

At the moment I imbed code from Flickr because I was told uploading images onto the site slows everything down. I want to know if this is the best method or if I should upload images directly to Media.

How do I use certain tools and plugins effectively, like SEO Ultimate, 404 monitor, and "Tools" features"
