Part 1 - Orders
I have an existing Zap on Zapier connecting WooCommerce to Salesforce. Its purpose is to create an Order with related Products in Salesforce when a new order is completed in WooCommerce. It works partially but needs to be modified to meet the criteria below.
Part 2 - Cases
I have ANOTHER existing Zap on Zapier connecting Gravity Forms to Salesforce. Its purpose is to create a Case in Salesforce when a new customer support form is submitted through Gravity Forms. It also works partially but needs to be modified to meet the criteria below.
When working, each order should be created in Salesforce and related to the proper Account based on a special account number field and all products in that order should be added with all relevant data (quantities, etc.). This is mostly working, except I can't seem to attach the products to the order in the final step.
When working, Zapier should locate the proper account based on a provided serial number of the product in question on the support form. On Accounts, there are ten (10) custom serial number fields, and Zapier needs to look at all 10 to try and find the provided serial number. If it exists in any of those fields, then the Account is the right Account to bind the Case to. Then a case needs to be created with the provided information (this is mostly set up already).
Modify the existing zap or create a new zap(s) that will accomplish the above objectives.
Please see the provided screenshots for examples of what this looks like in Salesforce. I will likely need to demo the issues we are having with these zaps for you to understand the full scope.
