Flash Asset Exports -- Future Repeating Work Available

Once every few weeks, we get a group of Adobe Flash Assets (swf and fla files) which we need exported in various ways.

If you do this job well, you will be re-hired to do this again and again for a long time.

For this first job, I have a group of 8 Adobe Flash Assets.

For each of the assets, I need:
12 animated gifs
1 png file

I will email you the fla asset which already has all of these images created, you just need to export them into animated gif files.

Each gif will be on a transparent background.

The png will be a black and white version of the asset, and follow this pattern EXACTLY:

We will mail you a Photoshop extension that automates this.

To make the animated gifs, each asset must be exported into image sequences and then recompiled up again as a animation. It won't work to just select file>movie export>animated gif to do the exporting.

Detailed instructions for creating the gifs are at the bottom of this posting.

Each gif will be on a transparent background.

The 12 gifs will be:

name_i.gif -- idle
name_ir.gif -- idle facing right
name_w.gif -- walk
name_wr.gif -- walk to the right
name_f.gif -- fire
name_fr.gif -- fire to the right
name_x.gif -- explode
name_xr.gif -- explode right
name_loop.gif -- loop
name_bigi.gif -- big idle
name_bigw.gif -- big walk
name_bigf.gif -- big fire

The "big" gifs will be 300X300 pixels

All the other gifs will be 100X100 pixels

The "loop" gif will be a 6 second loop. 2 seconds idle, followed by 2 seconds walking, followed by 2 seconds firing.

Here is an example of exactly what I need with the gifs

For each of the assets, pick one root word for the file names.
1) jojojo_
2) yesyesyes_
3) these_
4) words_
5) with_
6) random_
7) text_
8) bebebe_

So, for example, you will send me gif files called "text_w.gif" and "text_wr.gif" for one of the assets walking, and walking right. "text_i.gif" and "text_ir.gif" for that same asset idle and idle right.

Please zip up all of the gifs and send them as one zip file.

Here are instructions for exporting from flash to create the gifs:

The mechs are already in the 100X100 position in all the files

and the frames are extended so that it shows all the animation of both left and right

do a image sequence export, bmp of the entire animation

open up a gif compiling software

and from frame no. ref compile up each action

by selecting the respective frames

flash will auto number the frames in image sequence

so you cant go wrong if u take reference from the animation on the timeline

then after doing that, set the stage to 300X300
and scale up the mech
and export it again
for the 300X300 shot
and compile the 300X300 gifs
