We are an Australian manufacture of a Probiotic Yoghurt called Kefir, who are trying to develop Probiotic Vegan products.
We are looking for experts/ proffesionals in food technology, food science and nutrition with a strong interest/ understanding of Probiotics to aid us in formulating a vegan Probiotic Kefir
We are confident that with some expert knowledge, we will be able to develop a product that is above and beyond any other vegan probiotic product on the market in Australia.
This is an exciting project, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about probiotics and all the health benefits that is associated.
The key things that we are after in terms of formulation is;
Most importantly - developing a product that has a high probiotic count in final product, preferably with the use of genuine strains of kefir.
The inclusion of dietary needs that vegans need, including added protein/ iron etc.
A Focus on taste, texture & mouth feel
The products we are looking to design are needing to reasonably shelf stable, to use natural ingredients and be designed for broad appeal.
We have previously done formulation and product development for Vegan Kefir, and are able to provide some knowledge in terms of where we are at with our formulation, production limitations and market in which we hope to sell.
We can also provide any other information you may be after upon request.
Work will be on going over roughly a two month period.
We are also happy to negotiate income based upon the above mentioned skills and availability.
The type/ amount of work is negotiable depending on your skills and availability
We are looking to have the products finalised by February 2018.
