Financial services firm is seeking a part time, experienced bookkeeper for a dual role position as Bookkeeper and LLC Administrator. Applicant will work from their own home or office but must reside in the Los Angeles area.
The applicant’s responsibilities will include handling of accounting, compliance, accounts payables and receivables, P&L reports, quarterly reports, banking and accounts reconciliation.
Strengths should include strong working knowledge of Quickbooks, ADP and Excel, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability organize priorities and meet deadlines.
