We'd like you to create the data connection in Klipfolio to our Freshdesk ticketing system, and then develop a dashboard showing the metrics/data noted below. Please note that we have several other dashboards we need built, so a successful outcome is likely to yield more work in the very near future.

Small line Graph showing today's ticket volumes by hour
Number widget showing overall satisfaction score as a % (month to date)
Number widget showing over satisfaction score as a % (previous month)

Live Chat: Waiting, In-Conversation
Current Available Agents (Ticket Assignment, Phone, Live Chat)
All visualizations and content to fit in one web browser view and be optimized for display on 64" television.
