We are a data led recruitment company that has already built an analytics system to give us better control over our pipeline. We are now looking to create a system than advises our consultants what the best "next step" to take in their respective placement processes to maximise the likelihood of success. We are also looking to automate manual processes to enable consultants to spend more time with their clients and candidates.
We are interested in a long term freelancer to work alongside an existing contractor who has worked with us from inception of our system in 2013 and to help deliver the next exciting phase of our augmented intelligence project.
The ideal candidate will be a full stack developer with exposure of the following technologies:
.NET Core 3.1+,
ASP.NET Core 3.1+
ASP.NET MVC
Web API
SQL, sound in Stored Procedures and Views
Angular 8+
HTML, CSS, Typescript, JavaScript
Ideally you would have worked on a similar project in the past and built artificial intelligence / machine learning systems. We are aiming to have the most advanced data driven platform in the staffing and recruiting industry and have patents pending on the ideas.
