RE/MAX (brand) real estate office looking for a FULL TIME phone and virtual assistant to help answers calls on Pacific Time (9-5), look up properties for sale, transfer calls, check voicemails and return calls.  Design marketing flyers, create simple articles and content.  Information about us is at www.remaxbay.com

MUST be professional, disciplined and self-starter.  MUST have basic knowledge of customer service skills and good follow-through.  Must be able to listen to customers needs.

Should be able to grow with the position.  Must be RESOURCEFUL.

This is a LONG TERM position, as you can see from our experience on Odesk, our last contractor earned almost $6k working part-time for a year, and we have the budget for the right person.  (we are okay with you working other positions as long as they do not conflict with hours and are not competition).

I can interview the qualified candidate in Manila, Philippines.  You will need a stable internet connection at home as I will be providing a phone.  We will send all applicants a quick test.

if Bilingual in Tagalog or Spanish that is a plus.  Prior REAL ESTATE experience a big plus.  Website experience (optional but helpful)
