We are looking for someone who can make us very attractive male and female action hero's bearing typical resemblance to prior art, but in original form.  You will have a lot of liberty to create these works freely, but they must be original and based on our general theme.  You can start by sketching in 2D and then creating the models in 3D.

The figurines must be whole-body, and derive inspiration from famous comic heros, mythical gods, famous FPS 3D games, movies, and more.  As an example, models were taken from Google images and attached only to serve as a reference of the kind of detail and quality we are looking for.  The action hero's should represent a wide array of tastes (big, small, male, female, strong, technologically enhanced, sexy, not-so-sexy, ogres, grunts, trolls, etc.)

For these models, no color or textures are needed.  We only need the model exported as 3DS and STL for 3D printing.  Knowledge of 3D printing is a plus, but can be learned, to optimize features (particularly legs, arms, and face) for successful printing in today's consumer printer systems.

Being able to make models in multiple poses is a plus, but not a must.

***Intellectural Rights***
You must understand the intellectual right an licensing involved in this field.  You use software, modeling systems, and human models that are purchased or download, then you must understand, read, and be capable of fully releasing the rights for your final models to us so that we can distribute, sell, or reprint them.   In order to ensure that you read and understood this section, we kindly ask you to include the words "black tea" as the first part of your application

As an example, you make read the google groups post on a famous case with Akiko on Thingiverse, where the right were granted to the artist, but were not intended for distribution as a 3D model ever.  So if you use Daz3D victoria, and similar system, you must be able to release full rights of the derivative models to us.
