My name is Jose Alvarado and I'm the owner of a startup in San Francisco. I'm looking for a virtual assistant to take some of the administrative and personal work off my shoulders. This role will start off part-time (20 hours a week) but has the potential to move to full-time (40 hours a week) in the future.
Services to be provided: The general virtual administrative assistant will perform administrative works for the client during the length of the contract. This includes but not limited too the tasks listed below:
* Performing Online Research for Blog posts, Newsletters, etc.
* Personal Errands (Purchasing gifts online, etc).
* Managing your Social Media Profiles
* Preparing Slideshows (Powerpoint or Keynote presentations)
* Appointment Scheduling
* Reminder Servies
* Email management
* Creating / Managing Spreadsheets
* Data entry in Google Docs
* Form creation
* Data Entry
Payment for Services: Payments through UpWork
The general virtual assistant will not exceed 20 hours a week and will provide an update every Tuesday and Friday on their progress via email.
Work will be provided via Trello in the form as tickets or via email in a bullet form list.
This role has the potential to move to full-time (40 hours a week) in the future.
