Do you have experience working at a staffing agency or working with headhunters? Do you have a book of potential clients? Are you a corporate recruiter? If any of these apply to you, this job may be for you. I need leads (ie companies who hire employees) to sell staffing services to (direct hire and temporary placements). The leads can be anywhere in North America (US & Canada) and in any industry.
If you have a decent book of contacts, we can talk about profit sharing as well. Or we can work together as a partnership while I handle the sales and staffing infrastructure (eg draft the staffing agreement, pay the temp employees, bill the clients, etc) and you handle the recruiting remotely from your home office.

This is also a great opportunity for a corporate recruiter who uses staffing vendors to help fill challenging job requisitions. If you use us as your exclusive staffing vendor, our partnership could be a lucrative one for you.
The compensation is different for each freelancer based on what they have to offer. Some will get a flat fee per contact. Others may get a flat fee for all of their contacts. Some may even be compensated with both a flat fee and a bonus. By the way, that doesn’t include the financial benefits of a partnership if you work as my recruiter for those leads.
