We are still looking for 1 UK/English customer service agent.
We are a vape brand based in the UK who is focused on online sales and providing top customer care for customers, we are looking to hire 2 staff, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent / Virtual Assistant for response to customer emails, one for German emails and one for English emails, however it would be advantageous if you could speak both languages.
Currently the German emails require only approximately 0-2 emails a day to be answered, however the English side of things is a little more busy currently with 10-20 customers per day to respond to, around 3 hours of work per day, some requiring multiple emails.
This role will require some training on how to respond to each customer as there is a level of technical support provided to customers, we have many processes in place to ensure customers are happy and while the job does require many templates to be used, at the same time, each case is different and will require some specific changes to be made to match the customers experience.
Close work with another customer service agent will be required at all times as this task will be completed with the help of another employee.
We expect with time time the German speaking role will require more hours as we expand further into Europe and Germany with our sales and activity in this market.
We would like to communicate with the successful candidate via telephone/whatsapp so as to be able to keep good lines of communication and be able to use voice notes feature to help respond to any issues with customers.
