I have a client who is currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Tech \ Customer Support agent.

- Removal of virus, malware, rootkits, and Windows tune up.
- MUST HAVE A QUIET OFFICE TO WORK FROM
- Can call to the US and SPEAK and WRITE AMERICAN PERFECT ENGLISH
- Attention to detail using MS Word, and Excel to update records.
- Solid knowledge of Window server environment, user account security, and group policy.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST
This position will serve as a on-call tech that will work with me as a backup. You will handle tasks that I am too busy to, and interface directly over the phone, and chat with my clients in a professional manner with a focus on customer service.
Your time will be scheduled at least one day in advance and will be standard Monday - Friday schedule. You will be paid a weekly on call salary,of $10 per week of time that you are available to take calls. and be paid a commission $5 per-case you are assigned that you can resolve alone. The better you do the more work you will receive.
