Currently a general IT delp desk business. Got customers ranging from pharmacy, lawyer, physiotherapist. The goal is to maintain the customers' IT needs so they can continue their daily operation.
Looking for 1-2 person, who can act as a remote help desk support in doing the general troubleshooting. For example, their network is not connecting, malware removal, server backup etc.
If you have suggestions in improving IT support workflow, it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, it would be great if you can communicate with field technician to provide them with support in trouble shooting when they're on site.
Hopefully we can do business together in long term :)
