We are an established US corporation and believe MYOB Account Edge Pro 12 will handle nearly all of our administrative needs.
We are looking for somebody both with Accounting skills and knowledge of Account Edge to get us set up.
We require you to:
- Set up our accounts list; approximately 3 bank accounts (In 3 countries) and a standard book of accounts.
- Import account data up from January 1st 2013
- Enter records of 3-4 of our main clients
- Import our inventory which includes cost of goods (in THB),retail & wholesale prices (USD). We have tiered pricing for wholesalers for about 8 quantity ranges.
- Design Invoice, Purchase Order, Commercial Invoice, Packing List templates
- Train us in using Account Edge, via screen sharing and skype chat.
This work may involve follow-up work in the future.
