We work with  service providers and they email me work assignments. The responsibilities of this position will require an indiviual to monitor the inbox that these emails come in at, call and email the technician verify he/she can work the assignement based on scheduled time and make sure he/she is comfortable with the scope of work. Once Tech agrees, you will login to the service provider site under the Tech ID and accept the assignment. Once that is complete you will email the tech all work order documentation that has been attached to the work order, and technical instructions. You will be trained on how to login to providers sites and accept work orders, download documentaion, and how to find technical instructions for each Job. You will be paid 5 for each work order you successfully dispatch to a technician.
