I invite you to express your gifts!! I'm looking for someone with great talent, good experience, and has the naturally ability to create stunning CONSUMER BASED illustrated documents. Please make sure you provide examples of your great work in your pitch.
I need help turning my checklist into an awesome, clear, yet visually stimulating Illustrated document/brochure. The idea is that the document conveys that we put a lot of money into it's creation and that it is comprehensive.
In today's fast paced, instant gratification world I doubt even 1 person would read this checklist through to the end.
I do NOT need original illustrations or vectors. Happy to use stock ones that make it work or buy some online for cheap. Things having to do with Real Estate are pretty common topics, (lists, photography, diligence, construction, repairs, design, homes etc). Your job would be more of an assembler then a creator. As an analogy, I don't want you to mix the paint, I just want you to tell me what colors to use and what walls to put them on to make the room pop.
I've created a landing page called "Free Seller Checklist" I'm sending out a direct mail piece to drive potential Home seller's to this landing page. Once there, if they input their name and email we will send them the Illustrated checklist you create.
The checklist is 8 pages long but after you "graphicatize" it with vector images, call-outs and boxes, I would like it to be close to 20 pages long. This will be sent as low-res pdf or potentially a downloadable pdf. I would like the design files as well as the pdf as a deliverable.
The numbered items in the document are where checkboxes should go.
The finished product should contain a lot of soft marketing elements of Brant Regency and our logo, as well as my contact information on every page.
I'm open to any copy improvements or suggestions too, but need to get this done ASAP so this could be a first version product that is improved over time.
Attached is the direct mail piece. we are using as well as the document you will be converting to the infographic.
