We are a busy little office of 2-3 people and needing help outsourcing projects and hiring local staff for our warehouse. Problem is the time involved in finding talented people for specific jobs and/or reviewing resumes/applicants and verifying them against facebook pages, local criminal history, etc. etc.
For outsource contractors we'd prefer to give you sample task/job and you work on trying to hire via odesk these people and have them do "try outs" (example if a retail packaging design project, we'll provide you specs of box and whatever art we have available and you get job posted and get people going on tryouts and sending me results. Good ones I'll tell you I want and we can hire and you can pass their info along to me.
For local staff, you'll post Craigslist Gigs/job apps or any other tool you may know to utilize to get these tasks posted and then do some basic checking about their past and their facebook/linked-in pages and try to find quality people. If so you send me list and we bring people in to interview locally (or you schedule the interviews during our day/time availability).
Price and how we pay per project can be discussed and negotiated. Potential for others tasks include human resources/paperwork collection/verification and keeping online history of these documents and keeping them updated per law.
