Dear C# Developer,
This is a fixed bid project using Visual Studio 2012, C#, & SVN.
Using the open source project EMGU, I would like you to use the namespace EMGU.CV.GPU to determine the date/timestamp (ex. 2011/05/13 01:43:03) that is imprinted on a list of .jpg images. I attached a sample image. The images will be in folder in the /bin directory. Once the date/timestamp is determined, the image file will be renamed with the date & timestamp value. For example, "2011-05-13 01-43-03.jpg" .
1. The numbers will be determined by getting the RGB color value at a specific location in the images.
2. Program will be a WinForms application with a button to start the process.
3. SVN will be used so I can easily pull the see the code. I will setup the solution and project so you can have a starting point.
4. Program must read a XML that will store the coordinates of the numbers. New number might be added, for example, GPS latitude/longitude.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
