We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us source, screen and schedule high volumes of applicants for Customer Support and Sales roles at our rapidly growing start up. This contract requires a tight turnaround time of 2.5 weeks for sourcing and screening, between December 3-20, 2013 (immediate start). Our aim is to set up 1-2 days of interviews for shortlisted candidates in mid-January.
• 5+ yrs of Recruiting experience for Customer Support and Sales roles
• Specific experience in high volume sourcing, screening and scheduling
• Clear communicator (written & verbal) with us, as well as our candidates
• Must be based in the U.S., U.K. or Australia
• Available for immediate start
