Relevant history and culture. What the area is ‘known for’ (be it the type of people, culture, business, etc)
Article 2. Unmissable events.
10 events that take place in [Croydon] throughout the year (make sure they are spread across the 12 months). Include the name of the event, the URL to the event website (unlinked) and a 2 sentence description of what it is and why it’s noteworthy.
Article 3. 10 things
List of 10 things to do in [area] ie. activities, places to visit, centrally located - include locations, costs and descriptions - these should be things which the area has to offer which you won’t find elsewhere, so pick exciting unique things.
Article 4. Food and drink
Include 5 key foodstuffs which the region is known for - dishes specific to the region and a description of each
Do people call dinner “tea”? Are you more likely to eat a “bun” than a roll? Do people tend to have a cooked lunch and a cold dinner? Additionally, Include 5 sentences describing quirks, cultural habits or any interesting tidbits.
Article 5. Day trips in the region
Include 8 areas around region where you might visit on a day trip - these should be different from those in the “living in” section.
Think about visiting seaside locations, maybe an island or abroad? Where can you get in a day, think cities outside the region or must-see landmarks and locations
