I would like to share a screen and have someone help me setup the following email automations in our InfusionSoft instance:
1) When someone sets up a software demo for our product in Calendly, I'd like to send an email a) thanking them for setting up the demo, b) reminding them of the time, and c) asking them if they have any preliminary questions before the demo.
2) When a new lead comes in, we attempt to contact them by phone. We are researching four dialers (3C Logic, Task Desk, Fix Your Funnel, and TurboDial). We want it so that when a lead is dialed (attempted to contact), the lead moves from new lead to attempted to contact stage. We'd then like a schedule of tasks to kick off for when the lead should be attempted to contact again, how many times to attempt by phone, etc.
3) When someone fills out our InfusionSoft form to schedule a free demo, we want some logic to determine which sales rep should be assigned to that lead based on industry. Depending on the industry, the lead would be assigned to a sales rep and that sales rep's Calendly link should be emailed. I also want to discuss how to put in "round robin" logic if an industry is not filled out or if it's "other."
