I have a video production company and I'm looking to produce an infotainment/edutainment style video for 2 clients. Your role is a consultant to help develop the script and plan out the shoot (which, chances are, you're NOT going to be at, unless you're based in Australia).
I'm NOT looking for typical, corporate videos but the sort of video that even people not really interested in the topic would still watch. I'll give you a hint, my clients are dentists.
An example of the style of video I'm looking for is:
You'll help with various aspects such as the concept, story elements, shot selection and sequencing. We have a director, videographer and editor so we don't need you for that - though you will almost certainly have input.
You're going to need a good attention to detail too which is why you need to include the phrase 'video producing star' in your application, otherwise it's hasta la vista baby for your application. We'll be targeting millenials in one video and an older group in another.
Looking to produce something that's really cool that people will want to watch?
Please apply. And provide examples of what you've done that are relevant or, if you're really persuasive, tell me about what you know how to do (give examples) but can't show me that you've done.
Looking to regurgitate ho-hum corporate-style videos off the past? Please DON'T apply.
