Here is what I am looking for.
I want a very simple to use board.
• Here is a roughed out version. http://www.wahcareerdevelopment.com/ftboard.html Just so you can see what I’m thinking.
Here are the requirements:
• Administrator should be able to change/erase the Date each month
• I would like to be able to enter a message at the top and graphics.
• The hierarchy of the board should be
o Headings with Name, Personal enrollments to date, Personal Directors Advanced
o Senior/Executive Director Name
0 Team Name
o Under Team Name would be the Team Leader’s name
o Under that would be their team members.
o To the right of each team member would be a box for the number of enrollments month to date and the number of personal Directors Advanced to date.
• I would like to have a box to the right side of the board across from each name where the top enroller for each team would be designated weekly with a Gold Star that would automatically come up when the data was entered weekly for that individual team.
• The number of teams we can put on the board needs to be unlimited. And, the number of members per team needs to be flexible and unlimieted. Each month with the leader posts the teams and members they need to be able to adjust that monthly. Example: At the end of each month I would go in and refresh the board. That would delete all teams and restart the board. I do not need a memory or storage of that data.
• I would want the board set up so that each team leader/Senior/Executive would go in the first of the month and set up their FT teams. ( Team names-Team Leaders that month-and team members that month. Please look at how I have the example on the rough out.
• I will need an admin area where I post all information but I will only need one user name and pass word with the option to change that if needed. It can be set but prefer to be able to change it. But it does not need to be set up where individuals have their own user name and pass word.
o Each team leader can go in weekly to update the number of individual enrollments for each team member. However, I would like a total button that each team leader would click on after entering the information/numbers that would automatically enter team totals under each team. Like an XL spread sheet concept.
o Each enrollment has a value of 1. Each personal Director Advanced has a value of 3. So there would be a second total horizontal row below the team enrollment numbers that would give the point value total for the team for the enrollment column and the advance personal director column.
o The site would need to calculate one more factor. (That average points per team member) Example: Let’s say there are 5 team members and they have a total of 11 enrollments and 3 Directors Advanced. That would be a total of 20 points and an average of 4 points per team member! So to summarize, the board would show a total number of enrollments for the team to date, total number of personal directors advanced for the team, then the total points for the team with the average per team member.
o If there is a way to have a flashing “Congrats” button come up for the top team each week that would be GREAT.
o There obviously needs to be a way to simply correct any errors if a team leader enters incorrect information.
o I want the board simple to use.
o The board should be colorful. I would prefer primary colors! I want a really great header with graphics and the words “ FAST TRACK TO SUCCESS” Under that I’d like to have the words, “A Critical Activity”
o I would like a collapsible area at the top where I can message to the team and place hyperlinks if needed.
