Our office will e-mail you the invoices we receive from our contractors.
Your scope of the project will be:
- Open the invoices received in a pdf format
- Enter the data in the appropriate fields in a provided Excel document
- E-mail the completed Excel document back to our office
Our office will e-mail invoices every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Volume of data on each of these days will vary- but we anticipate it to take 2-3 hours per day.
