Please help me developing an app based knack database and connecting it to WP .
1. Two tires of user managment: I have clients and they have their oun clients. I should be able to bill my clients (not as subscribers)
2. Data structure: User(me) - Companies- Contacts- Invoices- Invoice docs
3. Data objects 5
4. Pages- views , forms, tables 20
5. Scheduals - sending emails based conditions and time line of the invoice. (Different email each time)- 12
6. Workflows - 4
WORD PRESS eco system
Companies will communicate systems by do commands and show me commands:
1. Add contact/Edit contact
2. Up load invoice -workflow
3. Send an invoice to Name_
or send pro-forma invoice to name_ - workflow
4. Add service to the next bill
5. Change invoice status - workflow
Show me commands:
1. Show me contact - contact + all its invoices
2. Show me open invoices - child report overdue invoices
3. Cash flow report
