Looking for a team or individuals with a good skill at web scraping to identify candidates based on job description and key words. Job will require you to search across the wide web to identify qualified candidates for thousands of open requisition and compile each one in an email with resume and key fields. These will then be applied against the position and for every candidate that is hired you will be paid a commission of $200.00. TThe commission scale will go up through the year as your numbers increase as well as selct bonuses for specific skill sets or qualifications.
We have a large job list to hire quickly over the next few months and then we will be presented with another set. We need a skilled TECHNICAL recruiter/sourcer. You must have at least 3 years experience. Ideal candidate has the following:
1 - Access to job boards. This is an absolute MUST for this position. No point applying if you do not have this!
2 - Full understanding of internet sourcing through webscraping, social media drivers etc.
3 Must be a self-starter with the ability to get work done on their own.
4 - Must have an excellent grasp of the English language.
6 - Must have experience with Skype/Google Gmail/Hangouts,Facebook,Indeed,Linked,Monster etc.
We pay be client accepted/hired resume. Sliding scale on commissions. The better your search techniques and social media engagement the better chance you have to establish a consistent win rate.
