Looking for a modification of my floor plans by experienced office designer.
We are currently remodeling an existing law office and also adding an additional story/floor that now needs to be modeled in a basic sense i.e. bathroom positioning and consideration of how to best use the new floor for rental purposes.
PLEASE NOTE this project is already underway, and certain decisions need to be taken very soon and time is of the essence as current interior designer has not delivered as planned for.
In the attached "WMP floor plans" done by me a person from the legal field with little design experience that is an expression of ideas for our first floor and the most important aspect of the project please note the following:
Further to our meeting at our office last Saturday, please see the attached document that shows 3 floor plans of the first floor of our building that represent the following:
Page 1 - The First Floor as it is currently setup.
Page 2 - The First Floor as we have preliminarily visualized (which is absent 1 office, bathrooms, secretary stations, kitchen, Filing Room, Lobby).
Page 3 - Further fleshing out of page 2 - However we are completely open to large redesign, however page 2's version attempts to retain some of the current dry wall in place.
Page 4 - The First Floor as an open plan if all current walls were to be demolished and we were to start afresh.
We are seeking to make the best use of the space that we have, and we ask that any proposals should keep the following requirements in mind:
Six (6) offices
Six (6) secretary stations
One (1) Lobby / Reception area
One (1) conference room
One (1) Filing Room/Stationary Storage
One (1) Kitchen / Staff eating area / lunchroom
Area for printers to be stationed
Please note that the floor plan on page 2 maintains some of the dry wall partitioning (outer partitions) that already exists and that we see as practical. However, we are completely open to an entirely new design if you see fit, which is why we have provided the floor plan on page 4.
Additionally architectural drawings are also attached. These drawings do not capture how we envisioned the office layout but captures the dimensions and technical details.
We look forward to your response.
