I am launching a new ed-tech platform next month that enables colleges and universities to stream live online events to prospective students. I need to add a customer support rep that can interface with customers, troubleshoot and debug, and live chat with users.
This is a start-up environment and I am looking for someone that is motivated, creative, and passionate about their work. There is also an opportunity to grow within the company and take on more responsibility as milestones are hit.
