One of our companies is a large UK online retailer with a unique customer proposition. We are now looking to extend our virtual team. The role will have long term potential for the suitable contractors. The role will involve the following:
*Completing orders on our Magento site and adding and managing orders on our supplier websites to ensure speedy delivery to customer.
*Managing Product categories on Magento including updating and adding products, reviewing special offers from suppliers and implementing such offers to our customer base, through our online website.
*Dealing with customer queries, and providing an excellent level of communication and customer services through Zendesk and email.
A successful candidate will have proven experience using Magento and Zendesk, excellent communication skills and English.
