Search marketing and web development company is looking for a Live Chat representative to handle incoming (possibly some outgoing) live chat requests.

The successful candidate will posses the following qualifications:

- Computer with internet access
- Exceptional written English (American) skills
- Availability during U.S. business hours
- ZenDesk live chat experience is helpful but specify any chat experience
- Odesk history and above average customer feedback
- General customer service and sales experience will be helpful

We are looking for someone that will be available to take all of the incoming chat requests throughout the work day. This will require someone that can give immediate attention as required.
