We're looking for help with customer support. Most of our customers buy one of our WordPress plugins. Most of the support requests come from issues with getting the plugins to work (e.g. conflict with other plugins or themes).
We need someone with technical expertise, who's a good troubleshooter. You need experience with WordPress and understand the basics of PHP and jQuery, so you can analyze and fix issues when they arise.
We will provide training, so that you can understand how our plugins work and we'll provide help to show you how the most common problems can be fixed.
You need to be able to solve problems creatively and independently and you need to always keep the customer in mind, to provide them with a very positive support experience.
Good written English is required.
