In this position, you'll be the centerpiece of an operation that makes real estate brokers enjoy a flourishing and predictable business, enabling them to give a top-notch service to the many clients they will get from us.

It goes without saying that your impact will be crucial in the life of these realtors as well as home sellers and buyers.


Regarding our company, we are not here to be another agency, we're here to deliver results that will unapologetically change the lives of multiple dozens of realtors. We're growing quickly, and have a full pipeline of realtors looking to close more deals. Our goal in one year is to expand to $10,000 monthly retainer in the Real estate industry (Will explain How if hired)

You will be in charge of a large Facebook ads budget with the mission to :

• Launch and successfully manage campaigns on over 10 ads accounts in the next 3 months.

• Devellop a lead genaration strategy that will allow each of our clients
           to get a minimum of 3 closings every single month.

• Consistently generate high-quality home sellers and buyers leads that are smoothly
           convertible into appoitments.

• Build a Highly-convertible funnels and drip campaigns by leveraging copywriting and
           automation

• Lead the communication with clients to put them at ease
