We are looking to hire a live chat agent to perform the following tasks:
- Process refund requests
- Communicate with customers solely on Live Chat
- Timing for responses will be between 9AM to 5PM (UTC) Mondays-Fridays
- Provide product and general information to customers
Of course, the nature of live chats does not require you to be fixated to your computer during that duration - you're able to reply on-the-go, perform other tasks, as long as you're able to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our products are all digital and fall under the category of personal development/spirituality. The nature of the products also include a elements of psychology and astrology, although prior knowledge of such topics is not necessary. We will provide you with all the information you need.
We are looking for an individual who is proficient and fluent in English, preferably passionate about customer service and/or personal development, and interested in a long-term working relationship.
We are not sure of the traffic flow for the chats but we will compensate accordingly if it's too much.
