In the recent decade, the number of reverse shoulder arthroplasty is increasing. There are concerns and known limitations in relation to the design of the shoulder prostheses and also failures do occur. In order to improve the design this study aims to develop a finite element model of a human shoulder prosthesis to investigate the variation of the design. The project consists of computational modelling using SolidWorks, finite element stress analysis using ABAQUS.
Some work is already done including the CAD modelling. I will share the work progress with the selected freelancer.
