The Writing Company is seeking a freelance Excel expert to help refine, automate and integrate our business management systems.
Applicants should have experience:
-Creating efficient spreadsheets to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
-Developing and using advanced formulas, VBA macros and pivot tables
-Optimizing files for size and speed, and
-Making files and data accessible to non-experts.
You can expect 10-20 hours of work for the first part of the project, with the possibility of more. Initially, we would like someone to look at a particular Excel document to determine if it is possible to improve it in its current form for speed and ease of use, and if so, undertake that work. Should that be a successful engagement, we would like to work with someone to consider how to refine, automate and integrate our Excel-based business management systems as a whole.
