We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team to help us create, refine, and measure our social media strategies. This role will require an individual who has a solid understanding of digital storytelling to help us reach our target audiences. Our companies focus on fertility treatments and family building for all families (infertility, LGBTQ family building, preservation, and 3rd party reproduction). You will be responsible for B-to-B and B-to-C social campaign strategies and execution.
-Responsible for developing effective B-to-B and B-to-C social media strategies and tactics to support company objectives. The social campaigns will also need to align with public relations, events, and other marketing efforts
-Develop and manage social media campaign calendars and coordinate content creation, production, posting, and online conversations across a wide range of social networking platforms
-Coordinate and executes the day-to-day social media presence for multiple brands including, but not limited to writing editorial/social copy, assisting with the creation of visual content, community outreach, promotions, etc.
-Create digital storytelling strategies that rely on social and viral content that will engage our target audience
-Social media listening, analytics and reporting. You will Leverage monitoring tools to compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development.
-Tracking and reporting on key metrics across our companies social channels and use data to help us improve our content and reach
-Responsible for providing timely reporting of KPIs and analytical understanding of campaign results and insights with actionable suggestions
-Stay apprised of social media technologies and emerging trends
-Demonstrated skills to create, develop, and implement comprehensive long- and short-term strategic communications plans.
-Demonstrated experience assessing digital media performance. Ability to draw insight from data and communicate recommendations to management.
-Knowledge of effective storytelling principles and ability to write succinct and engaging digital media posts.
-Excellent writer & editor
-Strong proficiency in reporting and gaining insights from data
-Community building skills on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and possibly Twitter
-Expertise with platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
-Knowledge of social management tools like Later
-B2B & B2C social media campaign management skills
