- Assist in creating communication strategy based on the found information
- Maintain CRM system and use customer intelligence for account planning purposes
- Respond to emails and LinkedIn messages
- Monitor job boards and gather information, apply and present company
- Keep abreast of best practices and market trends
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills are must
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, negotiation skills and ability to build relationships
- Experienced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and other documentation systems
