We need skilled Freelancer customer service agent answering Tickets (emails), Facebook messages and Live Chat messages from our shopping website in both Dutch and English. This job requires 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, followed by a shift arrangement. This is a long term position .
1.Proficient Dutch Speaker (native level)
3.Good communication skills, especially in written format
4.Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Payment: 8.2 USD/hour. Hours based on workload finished.
