1. Understand our web application to be able to resolve problems that our customers face.
2. Provide proactive technical support for each customer success manager is assigned to.
3. Have regular correspondence with customer to determine everything is working well with customer.
A good applicant should have
1. 3-5 years of customer support experience.
2. Fast to understand how a software works and can easily resolve problems.
3. Excellent English writing skills.
4. Excellent English speaking skills.
